Team building is an integral part of company events that last several days, they ensure "WOW" experiences for the participants and good networking among each other, because it is only during a supporting programme that you really get to know each other. We show you that social programmes don't always have to go deep into the budget with a few simple ideas that you can do at the Hotel am Badersee.
Nature Resonance Practice with NATURESPONSE®
This is a team building program that serves two purposes at once and can easily be integrated into your event. In cooperation with NATURESPONSE®, we have developed two Badersee circuit trails, each with 7 exercises to boost your team spirit. You will get a booklet containing instructions for the exercises, so you can break into groups and just follow these guidelines on the way. The NATURAL RELAXED RECREATION trail is focused on opening up to new things, letting go and getting free, while the NATURAL EMPOWERED COMMITMENT trail helps the team concentrate energy, get stronger and feel connected. And, good news - the program is free of charge!
Scavenger Hunt Outdoors
Remember playing scavenger hunt as a kid? The game is easy to organize and it's a great outdoor activity and fun for those who take part in it. You can incorporate a few team tasks into the process, which must be solved along the trails. The game can be designed as a separate workshop by the participants themselves, so with two or more teams, tasks can be assigned to each other, which is even more fun. A long hiking trail or a circular route would be the best fit for hunting, e.g. start from the hotel at Badersee in the direction of Lake Eibsee, then return to Grainau on the Neuneralm route and finally back to the hotel. This team building program is free of charge as well, since it is designed by the participants themselves.
The German Skittles: Kegeln
Skittles sounds like something from the stone age, doesn't it? When did you last play skittles instead of bowling? But this old game is so much fun that it definitely deserves a revival. The German variety of skittles, 'Kegeln', is a precision sport with - take note - nine pins, one less than bowling. The game was first described in the chronicle of the Bavarian city of Rothenburg ob der Tauber in 1157 as a popular pastime. Friedrich Schiller and Johann Wolfgang von Goethe were enthusiastic fans of 'Kegeln' - something bowling definitely cannot boast.
The Tiffany Bar in the Hotel am Badersee is located down in the conference atrium and accommodates up to 36 people. Two 'Kegeln' alleys (10 € per hour, per lane), as well as a table soccer game and a billiard table (both free of charge) are available for your team. Drinks get served from the Talstation bar and we can provide a selection of cheese, sausage and bread for an additional charge if needed.
