Open-Air Meetings

Beside the available lounge seats for group work we can transform the patio to host smaller events of up to 20 participants. We can recommend the U-shape, Parliamentary or row seating set up. Modern event formats like World Café or Fishbowl can be successfully moved outside to promote creativity and establish a relaxed atmosphere.

Equipment:

Tables and chairs, stand tables, flipchart, pinboard, moderator's kit, notepads and pens.
No projector or screen are available, the site provides no power outlets. Because the patio is too close to the meeting rooms, no microphones or loudspeakers are allowed.
Sun protection: built-in awning and parasols.

Please mind that you need to book a meeting room or group space as a backup in case of bad weather. A pre-installed set up with meeting equipment is available for group sizes from 10 people. The patio can be booked as a meeting location for special set ups from 09:00 till 16:00.

Having a great time together, enjoying the Bavarian savoir-vivre and the relaxed atmosphere - this is the way to go. For a special flavour in your event we offer the terrace next to our Bavarian restaurant 'Seestüberl'. Very traditional with beer tables and benches and a wonderful view of the green surroundings.

Optimal group size: 16-32 people
Set-up with beer tables & benches: 8 people per table, max. 4 tables

Equipment:

Flipchart, pinboard, moderator's kit, notepads and pens.
No projector or screen are available, the site provides no power outlets. Because of the environment, no microphones or loudspeakers are allowed. For this reason the number of participants is limited to 32 people.

Please mind that you need to book a meeting room or group space as a backup in case of bad weather. A pre-installed set up with meeting equipment is available for group sizes from 12 people. The 'Seestüberl' terrace can be booked as a meeting location from 09:00 till 16:00.

Here you feel really encouraged to exchange ideas in a creative and interactive way. Window panes with a view of the Zugspitze serve as a working surface. Not so many can boast having done brainstorming in a cablecar cabin. Can you?

Looking at the grey wall day after day is not the best way to get inspired. New places bring new impressions and beside that new ideas with them. As your team walks through the woods during a 'Walk&Talk' session, they are provoked to new ways of thinking. Researchers from Stanford University have confirmed the creative power of walking.

Procedure

Instead of a meeting space, group work is moved outside and participants go on a light walk through the forest. On the way, discussions between colleagues emerge. You can change your conversation partner by walking at the head, in the middle or in the end of the group. As physical activity brings about mental activity, 'Walk&Talk' sessions provoke a lively exchange of ideas.

Length of walk: 30-60 minutes
Equipment: sneakers or firm footwear, depending on the trail conditions
